How agents are priced

Priced against the role, anchored at the employee.

Every agent is priced against the role it fills, not by the month and not by the seat. The fee is 50% of the median annual salary for that role, with a $50,000 floor. No recruitment fee. No equity. No per-transaction pricing. No benefits, bonuses, or payroll taxes, so the total cost to company is well below the salary itself.

Onboarding
$25,000 one-off

Provisioning, vault seeding, training against your existing data, hand-holding through the first three weeks, and a written hand-over. Invoiced on signature, separate from the annual agent fee.

Sub-agent
From $12,500 / year

Sub-agents that report into a main agent reuse its infrastructure, vault, and identity. Priced as 50% of the main-agent fee with a $12,500 floor. Expansion economics get sharper after the first deployment.

Additional bespoke configuration, deeper training, and new integrations are sold separately on a pre-approved consulting basis, with scope, deliverables, and timeline captured in writing before work starts. Median annual salary for each role is anchored against US Bureau of Labor Statistics data and customer-supplied compensation benchmarks at scoping.
